5 Steps for Spring Cleaning Your Life

Whether it’s the time of year that symbolizes cleansing & letting go (which it is!), or a certain life time in our life (it is for me!), we’ve all felt that pull to release something that no longer serves us. It could be a dietary choice that continues to weigh us down making us feel worse than we ever should, or an emotional situation that no longer represents living in your truth. If you’re unhappy on any level, there is a simple 5 step process that will allow you to make the quantum leap which catapults you into greater feelings of inner peace & joy.

This is not limited to food or your diet. In fact, while including that, I want you to think WAY beyond that as that’s just one sweet piece of the raw pie. Let’s also look at our relationships of all kinds, how we move through our day and if we’re in a contracted state of attachment to outcomes, and if we are are feeling stuck – not where we want to be.

These 5 steps – which came to me as I was laying on the beach one fine day in Costa Rica recently – is what I personally have used and am LIVING BY right now. It’s all about riding the magic carpet ride of trust, and I realize it’s likely that you feel the same! Let’s do this together and energetically support one another.

Spring is the perfect time of year to deeply reflect on what is truly working for you in your life, and what you can do away with. The more brutally honest you are with yourself, the more you will energetically feel forced to take actions on the things that just don’t support you anymore.

The best piece of advice I can give you is: make choices based on the direction you’d like to go. Simmer in that.. Let it sink in.. Allow it to become you if you really, really want more for yourself. We grow by evolving into a deeper place within ourselves and I’ve made a direct correlation to the food & drink we consume and our level of awakening (and if we even understand what I’m talkin’ about here).

If you’re eating junk – food that is compromised & not suited for our miraculous bodies – it will not be possible for you to embrace the level of clarity that is required to recognize the incredible power you hold with your choices. To begin, we must cleanse / release / detox / spring clean the things that feel like a struggle, give you headaches, and cause you to feel tired.
