My intention in writing the eBook was to show my nutrition clients and those who take my classes how to merge the healing nature and wisdom of high vibrational raw foods, organic nutrient-rich superfoods, adaptogenic tonic herbs and bliss-inducing raw chocolate into absolutely mouthwatering, delicious alchemical creations!

CRUNCHY BUCKWHEAT CHOCOLATE BARS
1 cup raw cacao paste, melted
2 tablespoons raw cacao butter, melted
1+ teaspoon superfood or herbal powder (Maca Bliss, Goji Joy, and/or Longevity in a Bottle)
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons+ unfiltered raw honey
1/4 cup soaked and dehydrated buckwheat (or other “filling” of
choice: coconut shreds)
1 teaspoon lucuma powder
1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder
sea salt to taste
MAKE IT HAPPEN
Melt the cacao paste and cacao butter in separate containers in a dehydrator or oven at the lowest temperature possible. Pour both into a ceramic bowl together and whisk in the superfood / herbal powder, vanilla, lucuma, dried buckwheat, and sea salt. Once
mixed well (no powder clumps), slowly pour in the liquid raw honey until stirred in very well. Pour into molds of choice and freeze for 1 hour or longer. Relish the taste of the best homemade version of the Crunch Bar ever!
