I’m offering a thorough training in raw chocolatiering and herbal alchemy on June 1-2 – it will be a super fun weekend workshop!
In this class you will master the art of homemade raw chocolate-making and herbal tonic alchemy. If you’ve always wanted to learn how to make superfood and herbal infused raw chocolate desserts from scratch – like the pro’s, this training is for you. Bethanne and Ronnie will demonstrate the ins and outs of how to make a variety of different recipes including chocolate bars, fudge, truffles, chocolate bark / brittle, double layered raw chocolate cake, frosting, sauces for drizzling, chocolate chips, pudding, and herbal infused chocolate mylks – all packed with massive amounts of high level nutrition and tonic herbs that help to build greater resilience to stress and make you more adaptable to all circumstances.
We’ll explore the wide array of ways to make decadent chocolates in an affordable way, and you’ll gain insight into the fascinating history, properties and benefits of the world’s most favorite food! It will be the most fun history lesson you’ve ever experienced! By obtaining the skills to handcraft your own medicinal chocolates, you’ll learn how to use this powerful food, raw cacao, as a catalyst to strengthen immunity, fill in nutrient deficiencies, and easily take your health to the next level. The superfoods and herbs we’ll use are safe for daily use.
These are skills you’ll have for a lifetime! This is an in-depth training that will skyrocket your homemade chocolate-making ability and benefit not only yourself, but those you care about and love. We’ll use the pure, heirloom variety of cacao as part of our strategic nutrition approach, and you’ll FEEL it in your body in an absolutely delightful way!
On the 1st day, we’ll kick off our weekend with a beautiful sacred ceremony as we share our group intentions, both individually and collectively, with traditional Caribbean cocoa balls infused with cinnamon, bay leaf, and nutmeg that Bethanne received during her recent trip to Barbados. Chocolate is a food that brings people joyfully together!
This training includes lots of delicious & nutritious samples and a comprehensive recipe packet. All recipes will be gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and peanut-free.
