How to Experience More Pleasure, Play & Sensuality in Your Life

At first thought when writing about pleasure, play and sensuality, I thought to myself: Yes – I’d like some more of that! In truth, I do have a great deal of it, but I’m a busy girl on the go living a passion-driven life and often times get caught up with how much there is to do and get done! While meditating, I considered the question: How am I spending my time?

Taking a true honest look at your life to evaluate how you spend the precious hours you are alive is a powerful assignment that I highly recommend to every woman who wants sincere fulfillment. Time is the 1 thing we cannot get back, restore or replenish, no matter how much yoga we do or retreats we attend. If our time is not spent in a way that is fun, exciting, playful, and enticing – what are we doing it for? Sure, we all have to do a lot of stuff, but let me remind you that life is not about checking off items on your never-ending to-do list.


I heard a quote recently that really resonated with me: Our job is to get up in the morning, go to sleep at night, and do what we love in between. Time is of the essence! Life is precious. Are you HAPPY? Are you spending your hours, days, weeks as you wish? It’s easy to be happy when you’re younger and have very few responsibilities but once you get a bit older, it’s almost like we need to take the time to remember that life is about discovering our JOY, purpose, and being happy! It *should* be a pleasure, wouldn’t you agree? I’ve compiled my top ideas for helping you (and me) welcome more of it all into our blessed lives. Let’s shoot for a infinite stream of pleasure!
