What's Left After A Day Of Professional Pic Shooting For My Upcoming Superfood Beauty Elixir eBook
My super nutrition infused liquid cleanse lasted 6 full days and each was outstanding. I felt amazing physically, but what I mostly felt was an extreme heightened sense of clarity, deep reflection and quiet internal revelations. If there is any reason to cleanse, this has got to be it.

Dunaliella, Acai and Spirulina Phycocyanin Extract Powders
The supplements I took throughout this liquid cleanse: Beauty Enzymes, Oxygen Supreme, Liver Rescue, Nopal Cactus, ZeoForce, Intestinal Movement, Intestinal Parasite Formula (All from HealthForce Nutritionals with the exception of Beauty Enzymes from Sunfood Nutrition).
I also indulged in spoonfuls of reishi, chaga, lions mane & acai powders throughout the cleanse =)
Way to go baby! Best liquid cleanse ever! Every aspect of nutrition was done full on!
WHERE do you get that blue powder?? I’ve not seen that before. And the orange one too. 🙂 I want some!
You can search online for them both. Christian received them as samples for WildBar and I can’t disclose that source, just that it’s not really available on the market and is very $$$$$. Possibly it will make it out there in the future – I’d love to have it available for everyone!
wow… those powders are totally wild, esp. the blue Spirulina Phycocyanin Extract!
Just found this blog post from doing research about cleansing…
Just curious what are your thoughts about cleansing to lose weight? Does it help? I know it does wonders for rejuvenation, increasing energy, and just feeling more alive, but does it work for losing weight at all?
Yes! Of course! When your intention is to cleanse, you most often reap the benefits of losing unnecessary weight. Cleaning releases excess body baggage. It’s a natural result of the process.

All forms of spirulina are absolutely brilliant, powder, capsules and flakes.
The benefits are unbelievable and they start kicking in very shortly after you start taking it.
Because this amazing super food (powder) is so beneficial you generally put up with the taste but why not try taking it with something more substantial?
Guacamole Dip
Put 2 avocados, the juice of 1 lemon or lime, 2 teaspoons of garlic, 3tbsp of spirulina and what ever you fancy i.e. red chilli, onions, salt and pepper etc… into a blender and blend. This will give you a fantastic tasting dip for any occasion.
Great article!
Thanks! You’ll love this post I wrote then! https://ediblegoddess.com/2010/06/addictive-spirulina-guacamole/ – I adore Spirulina every day in different ways, love it!
