Value yourself more than anything else
. Put yourself first! You cannot help others without tending to your needs first; it’s been proven by countless heartfelt individuals like myself who have tried and found out the real truth for what it takes to serve others. Don’t compromise when it comes to making decisions that effect your health and future.

Make health your #1 priority! Do whatever it takes to master this lesson that will pay you back in ways you cannot even imagine. Realize that your best self and body image are just a few, yet profound decisions away! But first, you must commit to you. This isn’t some cute saying for you to forget about; it’s a realization that if you choose to live it, will allow you to potentially help, serve, guide others on their own path WAY more effectively and genuinely than otherwise.

2) Recognize that there is no price tag that you can put on phenomenal health. Commit to not just buying the cheapest items because of the lower price. Shift from analyzing and comparing prices and focus on the value the food brings to you! It’s about nutrition – what will this item, food, ingredient actually give to you on a physical + emotional level? Does it have the power to positively transform your cells into healthier levels of life force?

Not everything super healthy has to have a super hefty price tag, however, know that it’s nearly often the case that you pay for what you get in regard to food (example: conventional vs organic) and it’s so well worth it.

If you continue to look first at prices, then it may be a good time to shift your mindset and realize that you pay now, or later. You can enjoy your life NOW while prioritizing health, even though some seem to think that it’s because they want to enjoy life that they don’t eat so well – or excuse themselves out of it. I’ve been around people like this who say “hey – I want to enjoy life and that is why I eat the way I do”. Oh, okay then. Perhaps your sour mood and lower energy are being effected as well?
