To my sweet surprise, Edible Goddess has recently received TWO amazing awards from the Institute for the Psychology of Eating! The 1st is 1 of the Top 50 Raw Food Blogs and I just got word about being selected as 1 of the Top 100 FOODIE blogs of 2013! This is so wonderful, and motivates me even more to continue posting delicious and nutritious healthy meals, drinks, and desserts that are drool-worthy. THANK YOU, health nuts!

Now that we’re shifting into the autumn and winter seasons, I’m feeling that savory soups (room temp and warmed up) are on the front burner. Let’s compliment that soup with some naturally hormone-balancing yams or sweet potatoes with cinnamon, a bit of raw sauerkraut, herbal coconut oil, and spirulina mixed in, and call it a perfect meal!
Top it off with a cherry pecan crumble cake, and we’ll yet again remind ourselves that homemade food IS the most healthy food. Put your love into it, eat with love, and know – YOU ARE LOVED and so very appreciated! Sincere thanks for these awards.
