Here’s a homemade, raw, vegan, superfood ice cream that’s super easy & quick to make! With just a few ingredients, you won’t find any reason not to make it. This recipe is for all the women who ask me for simple recipes with ingredients you can access anywhere! In ice cream joy…
Orange Chocolate Ice Cream
2 frozen medium – large sized organic bananas
1/2 big organic orange, peeled (leave the pith on)
1+ heaping teaspoon raw chocolate powder (to taste)
dash of organic cinnamon powder
Process in a food processor until mixed well. Taste test and adjust amounts as desired! Soup into a cute bowl and sprinkle your chosen topping on: raw cacao nibs, fresh bee pollen, goji berries, dried chopped cherries, diced fresh banana, cinnamon dust…
Rejoice! It’s the easiest chocolate ice cream you’ll ever make, and quite possibly the healthiest!
Be sure you freeze those bananas when they’re truly ripe (with some brown spots), and not perfectly bright yellow or they’ll be more starchy and it won’t taste the same.
Why leave the pith on the orange? Because it’s got lots of vitamin C and you miss out on it when you peel the orange traditionally!
