What is a Goddess?

For an absolutely beautiful visual of what a Goddess is, check this video out! It’s filled with graphics and phrases that will warm your heart.

What is an Edible Goddess? In addition to what’s written here, a simple explanation is: an Edible Goddess is a women who values herself to such an extent that she treats herself as one. How so? Well, this woman is quite mindful of what she puts into and onto her body. She recognizes that she is beauty – everything about her, and in her own eyes, not just someone’s else’s. ‘What is an Edible Goddess’ is open to interpretation, yet its basis is one of self-value, respect and love. We all have the potential to be anything we want – this Goddess just GETS it – she knows how amazing she is. She’s making a difference, empowering others to do the same, and manifesting the life of her dreams. She could be a bit sassy, hopefully laughs easily, loves life and its’ abundance, and trusts that all is well.

I love this description of what a Goddess is: “A woman who is in the process of learning to know, accept and love herself on all levels, Mind, Body and Spirit. A woman who, because she focuses on personal growth and self awareness, experiences a life increasingly filled with peace, love, joy, passion and fun. A woman that understands that she has unlimited capacity to make her life anything she wants. A woman who is inspired to give to those around her, a sense of gratitude and abundance.”

    • I’m loving the journey of finding my own Goddess within! The process continues to evolve and is totally limitless with bright abundance! This identity isn’t always easy to embrace especially when we have the highest expectations of ourselves (which is a wonderful thing!), but it gets easier & easier and surrounding oneself w/ other amazing women has been key for me. xxx Thank you for your comments!
