Ancient Secrets to Sleek, Slender & Sexy Thighs
My new #1 favorite way to instantly feel sexier and to seriously have leaner thighs in less time than you would have ever thought possible, is to… begin a Gua Sha routine! The picture posted here is a blend I made with a small amount of fair trade, organic coffee that’s been ground into a powder – I combined the heavy oil application of Gua Sha with my handcrafted body exfoliation scrubs. Using coffee is not part of this ancient healing technique, yet using coffee externally has tons of great benefits! Read more
Will Eating Chocolate Ease Nervous System Disorders?
There is great controversy about whether chocolate is truly a health food. You’ve likely heard the word that there are countless raw foodists (+ ancient cultures) who’ve felt the true heart-opening, real metabolism-boosting, serious mood-lifting effects – especially if you’re part of the raw cacao / raw food movement and are into Superfoods. If it weren’t for my personal experience over the past several years or so I may have been a skeptic, at least initially, but instead I owe part of my own healing to raw organic cacao. What is a Goddess?
For an absolutely beautiful visual of what a Goddess is, check this video out! It’s filled with graphics and phrases that will warm your heart.
What is an Edible Goddess? In addition to what’s written here, a simple explanation is: an Edible Goddess is a women who values herself to such an extent that she treats herself as one. How so? Well, this woman is quite mindful of what she puts into and onto her body. She recognizes that she is beauty – everything about her, and in her own eyes, not just someone’s else’s. ‘What is an Edible Goddess’ is open to interpretation, yet its basis is one of self-value, respect and love. We all have the potential to be anything we want – this Goddess just GETS it – she knows how amazing she is. She’s making a difference, empowering others to do the same, and manifesting the life of her dreams. She could be a bit sassy, hopefully laughs easily, loves life and its’ abundance, and trusts that all is well.
I love this description of what a Goddess is: “A woman who is in the process of learning to know, accept and love herself on all levels, Mind, Body and Spirit. A woman who, because she focuses on personal growth and self awareness, experiences a life increasingly filled with peace, love, joy, passion and fun. A woman that understands that she has unlimited capacity to make her life anything she wants. A woman who is inspired to give to those around her, a sense of gratitude and abundance.”
